A few little details.
Can I switch from another guest guide?
Yes. Share your current guide or welcome-book link and we'll review what can be brought over with your permission. Don't send login credentials or private door codes.
Where will you send my magnet?
Your private onboarding form asks for a recipient name and full mailing address. This can be your home or business address, separate from the rental. We confirm shipping eligibility before fulfillment. Address details never appear in the public guide.
When does the free trial start?
When you activate your approved, ready-to-use guide through Stripe. Setup time doesn't eat into your three free months. The $8 monthly price is per property. One free magnet is included for your first approved property; additional properties and magnets are confirmed separately.
Do guests need an app or account?
No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera and open the guide in their browser.
Is the magnet design final?
The image above illustrates the direction. Your final magnet design and QR destination are checked before printing and shipment.
What happens after three months?
Your saved payment method is automatically billed $8 USD per month per property until you cancel. We'll send a reminder before the first charge. Cancel before your trial ends to avoid billing. Manage or cancel through your PLAQRD dashboard. Applying alone does not start a subscription.
