Three months free, then $8 per month
Applying is free and does not create a subscription. Once PLAQRD approves your property and your guide is ready, we invite you to activate it through Stripe. A payment method and your explicit agreement to automatic renewal are required at activation.
Your free trial ends three calendar months after the checkout session begins, with the exact first billing date shown in Stripe Checkout and your activation email. Month-end dates are adjusted to the last day of the applicable month. The checkout session lasts up to one hour. Setup and approval time are excluded from your trial.
After the trial, your saved payment method is automatically charged $8 USD every month for each activated property until you cancel. There is no annual commitment. We send a reminder before the first paid charge. Any applicable tax will be shown before you confirm checkout.
Cancel any time
Sign in at Manage billing and choose “Manage or cancel in Stripe.” Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. A cancellation takes effect at the end of your current trial or billing period. Your guide stays available until then. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically refund charges already paid. If you need help accessing your account or canceling, email PLAQRD support.
What is included
The standard offer includes a PLAQRD-branded digital guest guide and one standard QR refrigerator magnet for your first approved property, subject to shipping confirmation. Your mailing address is collected privately for fulfillment. Additional magnets, custom artwork, logos or design upgrades require a separate quote and approval.
Your guide and billing
Declined applications never start a subscription. No subscription starts until you complete Stripe Checkout. Payment failures trigger a notice and may be retried by Stripe. A canceled, unpaid or otherwise inactive subscription may pause the guest guide. Your application details, property content and shipping address are not payment-card details; card information is handled by Stripe.
These offer terms supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Notice. They apply to new Standard Guest Guide subscriptions; existing customer agreements retain their own terms.
